Pine Investigation
Question: "What is your name?"
Response: a man's voice responds but we wer unable to make out the answer clearly
"Check this thing out"
This voice seems to be curious about our equipment.
"Help"
"Great"
Question: "Is there anybody here with us in the bedroom?"
Response: "Me"
"Get outta here"
Investigator: "Thank you"
Response: "You're welcome"
Question: "Are you gonna stay here?"
Response: "Hurry"
"Quiet"
Question: "Can you make a tap on the ceiling?"
A tap is heard
"Get out of here"
The investigator asks for a response after counting to three.
"Let me go"
While setting up our equipment, we heard this whisper
"sorry"
Using a Frank's box (see equipment for description) investigator's asked questions. Intelligent responses were recorded that were in the same voice. The homeowner's told us of a close family friend that they thought of as a son who had passed. He was a police officer killed in the line of duty. Some of the responses corresponded to what may have been his spirit.
We tried to determine how the spirit was related to the family.
"kid, close enough"
We asked if the spirit was related to the family
"family - hi"
We asked what kind of work the spirit was in.
"job" (the homeowner said thata police officer refers to his line of work as "on the job"
We asked how the spirit had passed.
"active" (Could this have meant "active duty"?)
"enemy"
We were trying to determine the name of the spirit. The above responses were heard seconds apart. The homeowner's son heard these responses and repeated them. He did not know previously that a grandmother he never met was named Allison.
Question: "What's your favorite color?"
Response: "It's black."
Question: "Can you tell us your name, please?"
Response: "Gretchen"
Investigator: "tell us your name"
Response: "Bill"
